Handle the preparation of documentation for Polish visas and work permits, including initial submissions, renewals, and status upkeep
Organize relocation logistics for employees and their family members
Guide employees through settling-in activities in Poland
Serve as the main point of contact for managers, recruiters, HR, and employees during the relocation cycle
Provide detailed information and assistance within agreed SLAs
Track and report on relocation case progress, challenges, and solutions
Identify process gaps and initiate workflow improvements
Address onboarding and offboarding issues to ensure uninterrupted relocation
Communicate corporate policies and ensure compliance in relocation activities
Keep management informed with progress updates, stakeholder feedback, and statistical reports
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, immigration rules, and GDPR when handling sensitive information
Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders including government authorities
Monitor critical deadlines and proactively follow up on next steps
Deliver high-quality outcomes independently or with oversight
