We are seeking a Talent Mobility Specialist to become part of our team. You will join a cooperative setting that assists employees and their families throughout relocation and mobility journeys. Wymagania
- At least 1 year of professional experience, preferably in Global Mobility, HR, Personnel, or Travel
- Ability to follow established procedures and contribute to their enhancement
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Fast learner with multitasking ability and initiative
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Resilience and ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders to achieve outcomes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Solid stakeholder management, problem-solving, and negotiation capabilities
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Google Drive, and Teams
- Enthusiasm for learning and using AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT
- Interest in process optimization and operational efficiency
- Strong written and verbal command of English and Polish (B2 level or higher)
Obowiązki
- Organize the preparation of documentation for Polish visas and work permits, including initial submission, renewal, and ongoing maintenance of status
- Arrange relocation logistics for employees and their family members
- Support employees with settling-in activities in Poland
- Serve as the main point of contact for managers, recruiters, HR, and employees during the relocation journey
- Deliver comprehensive information and ad hoc support efficiently and within agreed SLAs
- Monitor and record the status of relocation cases, reporting obstacles and resolutions
- Identify process gaps and proactively enhance current processes
- Address onboarding and offboarding issues to maintain seamless relocation
- Convey corporate policies and ensure compliance throughout relocation activities
- Update management on case progress, stakeholder feedback, and case statistics
- Maintain adherence to corporate policies, immigration regulations, and data protection requirements including GDPR
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders such as managers, HR, recruiters, vendors, and government authorities
- Track critical deadlines and proactively follow up on necessary actions
- Deliver high-quality work within deadlines, with or without direct oversight
