We are actively looking for a Talent Mobility Specialist to join our team. Wymagania
- At least 1 year of professional experience, ideally in Global Mobility, HR, Personnel, or Travel
- Ability to follow and improve established processes

- Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Google Drive, and Teams
- Openness to adopting AI-powered tools like Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT
- Interest in process optimization and operational efficiency
- Strong written and verbal proficiency in English and Polish (B2 level or higher)
Obowiązki
- Oversee the preparation of paperwork for Polish visas and work permits, including applications, renewals, and status management
- Set up relocation logistics for employees and their family members
- Support employees during settling-in activities in Poland
- Serve as the primary contact for managers, recruiters, HR, and employees throughout the relocation experience
- Deliver comprehensive information and support within agreed SLAs
- Monitor and document relocation case progress, reporting obstacles and resolutions
- Detect process gaps and lead workflow improvements
- Identify and resolve onboarding and offboarding issues
- Communicate corporate policies and ensure adherence during relocation tasks
- Update management on case progress, stakeholder feedback, and provide statistical summaries
- Maintain alignment with corporate policies, immigration regulations, and data protection standards including GDPR
- Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders such as managers, HR, recruiters, vendors, and government authorities
- Monitor deadlines and proactively follow up on next steps
- Produce high-quality results within deadlines, working autonomously or under supervision
