We are looking for a Talent Mobility Specialist to join our team. Wymagania

  • At least 1 year of work experience, preferably in Global Mobility, HR, Personnel, or Travel
  • Ability to follow established processes and contribute to their improvement when needed
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills for effective case management
  • Ability to learn quickly, multitask, and display initiative in daily activities
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills for managing multiple priorities
  • Resilience and willingness to work in a deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to successfully cooperate with various stakeholders to achieve results
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with diverse audiences
  • Strong customer focus and service excellence mindset
  • Solid stakeholder management, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across different teams and functions
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Google Drive, and Teams for daily collaboration and documentation
  • Interest in learning and leveraging AI-powered tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar, to support daily work and improve efficiency
  • Interest in process optimization and operational efficiency improvements
  • Excellent written and verbal command of English and Polish (B2 level or higher)

Obowiązki

  • Coordinate the preparation of documents for Polish visas and work permits, including initial application, renewal, and maintenance of status
  • Prepare relocation logistics for employees and their family members to ensure smooth transitions
  • Provide assistance to employees with settling-in in Poland, supporting their adaptation to the new environment
  • Act as the primary service contact for managers, recruiters, HR, and employees throughout the relocation process
  • Provide full information and ad hoc assistance efficiently and within SLAs
  • Track and register the status of relocation cases, reporting issues, impediments, and corresponding actions or solutions on a regular basis
  • Identify process gaps or growth areas and actively address them to improve the existing process
  • Detect and resolve onboarding and offboarding issues to ensure that the relocation process is seamless
  • Communicate corporate policies to employees and enforce compliance across relocation activities
  • Report on case progress, relay stakeholder feedback, and provide case statistics to management
  • Ensure strict compliance with corporate policies, immigration regulations, and data protection requirements, including GDPR, when handling personal and sensitive information
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including managers, HR, recruiters, vendors, and government authorities
  • Monitor critical deadlines and proactively follow up on required actions
  • Perform quality work within deadlines both with and without direct supervision
