We are currently on the lookout for a Talent Mobility Specialist to join our team. You will become part of a collaborative environment dedicated to supporting employees and their families throughout their relocation and mobility experiences. Wymagania
- A minimum of 1 year of professional background, preferably in Global Mobility, HR, Personnel, or Travel
- Ability to adhere to established procedures and support their improvement when the need arises
- Solid negotiation and problem-solving skills for efficient case management
- Quick learner with strong multitasking abilities and a proactive mindset in daily tasks
- Excellent planning and organizational skills for juggling multiple priorities effectively
- Resilience and willingness to work in a deadline-driven atmosphere
- Ability to collaborate successfully with a wide range of stakeholders to accomplish objectives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for connecting with diverse audiences
- Firm customer focus paired with a commitment to service excellence
- Reliable stakeholder management, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities
- Ability to keep strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across various teams and business units
- Working familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Google Drive, and Teams for everyday collaboration and documentation
- Openness to exploring and leveraging AI-powered tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar, to enhance daily work and productivity
- Keen interest in process optimization and improving operational efficiency
- Strong written and verbal proficiency in English and Polish (B2 level or higher)
Obowiązki
- Manage the preparation of paperwork for Polish visas and work permits, including initial filing, renewals, and ongoing status maintenance
- Coordinate relocation logistics for employees and their family members to facilitate smooth transitions
- Assist employees with settling-in activities in Poland, guiding their adaptation to the new environment
- Act as the primary liaison for managers, recruiters, HR, and employees throughout the full relocation cycle
- Provide thorough information and on-demand support in an efficient manner and within agreed SLAs
- Track and log the progress of relocation cases, regularly reporting on challenges, blockers, and the corresponding actions or fixes
- Detect gaps or improvement opportunities within processes and take initiative to strengthen the existing workflow
- Identify and resolve onboarding and offboarding matters to keep the relocation journey uninterrupted
- Communicate corporate policies to employees and safeguard compliance across relocation-related activities
- Inform management about case advancement, share feedback from stakeholders, and provide statistical reports on cases
- Uphold strict compliance with corporate policies, immigration regulations, and data protection standards, including GDPR, when handling personal and sensitive data
- Cooperate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, such as managers, HR, recruiters, vendors, and government authorities
- Keep track of key deadlines and proactively follow through on required next steps
- Complete high-quality work within deadlines, whether operating independently or under supervision
