Functional Support Analyst

• Active monitoring of the production to detect any incidents
• Communicating incidents with the good level to all users and top management and following the incident process and coordinating the resolution of the incident with all stakeholders
• Active participation to the chapter production to identify topics which permit to improve production quality or efficiency
• Answering to the users’ requests by priority with a good level of explanation
• Analysing and finding solutions to solve issues
• Ensuring that documentation is up to date
• Challenging the users’ requests if the request is not appropriate
• Acting as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to one Feature team: raising priorities, participating in demonstrations, sharing the production perspective to the Feature Team and challenging them for all questions relative to the maintenance of the production
• Ensuring the Handover with other regions (France, India, North America)
• Performing sanity check for each release to production and raising an alert in case of issue
