The SEOzord Team is a specialized engineering squad at Allegro responsible for the SEO business unit, managing one of the largest traffic entry points on the Polish internet. The team consists of 7 developers, a Product Manager, and a Leader. They have launched Allegro Rankings, a product scaling internationally, and are currently building a Market Trend Prediction engine using Large Language Models (LLMs).
Wymagania
- Proficient in Kotlin or Java.
- Solid foundation in microservices and cloud environments (GCP and Azure).
- Experience with BigQuery and Airflow.
- Fluent in Polish (C1) and English (minimum B2).
- Comfortable interacting with stakeholders.
- Experience with Scala is a significant plus.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with LLM tuning (LoRA, PEFT) or frameworks like LangChain/AutoGen.
- AI curiosity and experience leading AI initiatives.
Obowiązki
- Take full end-to-end ownership of software development from requirements gathering to post-deployment monitoring.
- Work with Kotlin or Java in microservices and cloud environments (GCP/Azure).
- Design and optimize systems handling massive daily request volumes and large datasets.
- Lead technical integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) for predictive capabilities.
- Participate in mentorship, code reviews, and establishing engineering standards.
