• Higher technical or economic education, or equivalent supplemented with postgraduate studies or documented project/IT management training
• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT project management
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to build lasting business relationships
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and MS SharePoint
• Certification in project methodologies (e.g., Prince2 Practitioner or equivalent)
• Stress resistance and ability to work in a changing environment
• Nice to have: knowledge of the energy sector specifics
• Nice to have: experience with wholesale trading system implementations
• Nice to have: experience with ERP systems implementations, including SAP

• Lead key IT projects in the energy sector
• Identify and solve project problems independently
• Delegate tasks and manage their completion
• Build and maintain strong business relationships
