Creatio Business Analyst | Ukraine

Deloitte is offering a position for a Creatio Business Analyst to work on international projects involving Creatio (formerly bpm'online) CRM solutions. The role involves working with global brands and leading companies, providing expert guidance and implementation of Creatio CRM.

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with Creatio (bpm'online) CRM solutions.
• Proven track record of successful Creatio project implementation and management.
• Experience in business process analysis, solution design, and CRM customization.
• Proficiency in Creatio platform configuration, customization, and development.
• Experience with Creatio integration tools and techniques such as REST, SOAP, and API integration.
• Knowledge of database management, data migration, and ETL processes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to translate technical concepts into business language.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive client challenge management.
• Ability to work independently and in teams, managing multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field preferred.
• Creatio certification(s) is an advantage.

• Collaborate with clients to understand business processes and requirements, providing recommendations for optimizing Creatio CRM usage.
• Design and architect customized Creatio solutions including workflow automation, data integration, and UI customization.
• Lead implementation of Creatio CRM solutions, ensuring timely and scoped delivery.
• Provide training and ongoing support to clients, including user training sessions and documentation development.
• Manage projects from initiation to completion, including resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation.
• Stay updated with latest trends in Creatio and CRM technologies to improve client solutions and processes.
