Wymagania
- Proven experience managing, mentoring, or leading technical teams, ideally in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Solid commercial experience with Mendix low-code development; Rapid/Advanced/Expert Certification is a strong plus.
- Deep understanding of software engineering principles, integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs), and data modeling (SQL).
- High emotional intelligence and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English communication skills for aligning distributed technical teams.

- Take ownership of sprint planning, code reviews, workload distribution, and daily standups.
- Participate in architecture design and implement complex low-code solutions.
- Ensure compliance with best practices and governance standards.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Agile delivery teams to bridge business and technical requirements.
