Engineering Team Leader

• Several years of experience as a software developer.
• Experience as a team manager.
• Ability to create and develop Java-based microservices.
• Knowledge of system scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Experience in projects from architecture to deployment.
• Ability to work effectively with multi-skilled and remote teams.
• Experience with Java 17+ and Micronaut.
• Experience with deployment on Rancher (Kubernetes) and ArgoCD.
• Knowledge of communication between microservices via gRPC.
• Experience with asynchronous messaging using Kafka, Pulsar, RabbitMQ.
• Familiarity with databases: Postgres, MongoDB, Redis.

• Ensure development tasks are completed according to established technical standards.
• Support the Product Manager in coordinating team activities related to technological solutions.
• Collaborate with other teams to design optimal solution architectures.
• Ensure high team efficiency by identifying and mitigating obstacles in the development process.
• Monitor ongoing work and assist in resolving technical issues.
• Support team growth through training, mentoring, and regular 1:1 meetings.
