DevSecOps Strategy & Governance Manager (Multi-Vendor Environment, Middle East Engagement)

Square One Resources is recruiting for a role focused on leading and redefining DevSecOps strategy within a complex, multi-vendor ecosystem involving web platforms, mobile solutions, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) environments.

• Minimum manager-level experience in DevSecOps, Security Engineering, or Platform Engineering environments
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps architecture and governance models
• Proven experience in multi-vendor and enterprise-scale environments
• Hands-on familiarity with GitLab (Dedicated/Self-managed), Bitrise (mobile CI/CD), Invicti (DAST), and Fortify (SAST/application security)
• Ability to combine technical depth with strong stakeholder and delivery management skills
• Excellent coordination, communication, and escalation handling capabilities
• Availability for frequent travel to the Middle East (minimum 50% on-site presence)

• Lead and redefine the DevSecOps strategy within a complex, multi-vendor ecosystem
• Build and execute a new DevSecOps operating model covering web platforms, mobile solutions, and AEM environments
• Manage governance models beyond tooling and automation
• Coordinate and manage stakeholders and delivery across internal teams and external vendors
• Handle communication, coordination, and escalation processes
• Work with distributed teams and vendor management structures
• Frequent travel to the Middle East with minimum 50% on-site presence
