IT Automation Tester

eBridge platform is a B2B Integration Service used in a bank to connect Corporate Customers and institutions with the bank, providing file routing and file conversions in multiple formats to enable target systems to receive and read the files.

• 5+ years of hands-on testing experience.
• Knowledge of various file formats including XML, CSV, JSON.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with Robot Framework.
• Basic knowledge of CI tools such as Jenkins or Bamboo and GIT flow.
• Understanding of Agile software development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with databases (MSSQL) and ability to create SQL queries.
• Basic knowledge of Atlassian software (JIRA, Confluence).
• ISTQB Foundation certification is a plus.
• Experience with Java-based testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber).
• Knowledge of HTTP protocols.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Selenium and XPath.
• Knowledge of financial business, especially payment files like pain.001 / pain.002 (ISO 20022 formats).
• Experience with Kafka.
• Experience with Jenkins.
• Knowledge of Groovy and PaBot (parallel Robot Framework).
• Experience with Bitbucket for code management.

• Plan, coordinate, control, and ensure proper execution of test activities following the bank's standards.
• Evaluate test results, create and maintain test documentation.
• Support decision-making processes related to testing.
• Document test results and assist with defect management.
• Implement manual and automated test cases and improve testing frameworks.
• Create and execute test cases according to project deadlines and report progress using Qtest.
• Provide testing support to resolve production issues.
• Utilize best practices with test tools.
• Write test cases for automated tests using Gherkin or other languages.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and capability/function leads to provide testing.
• Analyze requirements, create and provide test data, test environments, and service virtualization to enable proper test execution and increase test efficiency at the team level.
