• Maintaining, developing, and updating regulations and documentation related to electronic banking services (web and mobile applications)
• Preparing and updating regulations, terms, communications, and documentation for clients
• Ensuring documentation compliance with digital channel functionalities and applicable regulations
• Analyzing the impact of product and technology changes on existing regulations and documentation
• Defining regulatory and business requirements for new functionalities
• Close collaboration with Product Owners, analysts, IT teams, UX, legal, compliance, and security areas
• Coordinating the process of implementing changes to regulations and client documents
• Preparing materials for committees and decision-making bodies
• Working in a hybrid model with office presence once every three months in Poznań
