• Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis
• At least 2 years of experience in mortgage loans
• Knowledge of mortgage products and sales and risk assessment processes
• Experience in conducting business analysis and defining requirements
• Ability to work in complex projects
• Experience in preparing mockups and solution visualizations
• Experience working in Scrum methodology
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence tools

• Analyze business processes related to sales and risk assessment in mortgage loans
• Collaborate with the project team to define business requirements
• Prepare mockups and visualizations of solutions
• Support project execution within Scrum methodology
