• Advanced level of English and Polish
• Very good analytical skills and attention to details
• Practical knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to learn quickly and transfer knowledge appropriately
• Open-minded and positive with good communication skills

• Administration of foreigner candidates to work in Capgemini Poland, including document collection and coordination with Personnel Administration team
• Overseeing legality of stay in Poland of foreign students
• Issuing documentation supporting foreigners in Poland
• Issuing ZUS confirmations for foreigners covered by social security in Poland
• Supporting employees of Capgemini Poland assigned abroad
• Managing purchase order requests and delivery confirmations
• Providing other administrative support to the International Mobility Team
