UX Researcher

• Minimum 6 years of experience in UX research
• At least 2 years of UX research experience in the financial sector preferred
• Experience conducting research in various cities across Poland
• Ability to independently manage UX research projects, working with UX designers, business, and analysts
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to concisely and precisely communicate research findings
• Curiosity, openness to real needs of business and users
• Teamwork skills
• Responsibility for assigned tasks and proposed research solutions

Nice to have:

• Experience conducting research with corporate clients
• Driving license type B
• Knowledge of digital accessibility standards (WCAG) and conducting research in this area

This role requires working from the office in Warsaw two times per week.
