Technical Account Manager BAL

RTB House is a next-generation performance demand-side platform (DSP) that uses proprietary Deep Learning AI algorithms to help brands grow. Founded in 2012, it operates in 90+ markets and offers end-to-end Deep Learning-powered AdTech products and solutions for maximizing conversion and driving customer acquisition.

• About 2+ years of experience in online technology, e-commerce, and/or digital advertising
• Fluent English (C1 level)
• Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript
• Experience with debugging tools (e.g., Firebug, web browser consoles); Google Tag Manager is nice to have
• Experience using Google Analytics 4 is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills
• Good time management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to solve problems efficiently
• High level of motivation and willingness to learn

• Conduct the technical operations for top clients in the Baltics and Balkan markets
• Provide technical support for new and existing clients by phone and email regarding all technical aspects of campaigns
• Manage all technical issues related to campaign launching and running
• Perform technical integration between RTB House's campaign emission system and client e-commerce platforms
• Work closely with account managers to deliver high standards of customer service
• Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of campaigns
• Propose optimization solutions for online programs
• Cooperate with the technical support team from Headquarters
