Specjalista ds. Monitoringu Systemów Linux (NOC)

• Minimum one year of experience in monitoring, NOC, system maintenance, or IT support.
• Practical knowledge of Linux including logs, processes, basic commands, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Grafana, Zabbix, or similar.
• Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS).
• Ability to analyze problems based on logs and metrics.
• Willingness to work in shifts (24/7).
• Proficiency in Polish (C1) and English (B2).

Nice to have:

• Experience with high availability systems or high-traffic environments.
• Basic scripting skills (bash, Python).
• ITIL knowledge.
• Experience in payments, fintech, or transactional systems.
• Certifications in Linux, monitoring, or cloud.

• Monitor active Linux systems supporting real-time transactions.
• Analyze alerts and logs using Splunk, Grafana, and Zabbix for quick problem diagnosis.
• Identify and handle incidents in high-traffic environments according to procedures.
• Collaborate with DevOps, infrastructure, and security teams to resolve incidents.
• Perform operational tasks on Linux systems.
• Escalate complex problems and participate in root cause analysis (RCA).
• Create and update technical documentation and runbooks.
• Support monitoring development and operational improvements.
