Pre-Sales Engineer / Pre-Sales Manager (AI / ML / MLOps)

Algolytics Technologies is a company based in Warsaw, specializing in AI, ML, and MLOps platforms, preparing for global sales expansion in 2026.

• Experience in sales or pre-sales to enterprise clients in AI, ML, MLOps, or Data Platforms software, or practical project experience (e.g., engineer, programmer, data scientist) with a desire to transition to a sales role.
• Presales and technical maturity supported by prior project work including conducting demos and PoCs, understanding ML models, pipelines, Feature Store, and MLOps, and the ability to translate technical advantages into business benefits.
• Experience managing complex, long sales processes (6–9 months: RFI to PoC to purchase) and engaging with C-level contacts (CDO, CIO/CTO, CRO).

Nice to have:

• Experience supporting sales in transactions ranging from 500k to 1.5M PLN.
• Experience with SaaS products and marketplaces on AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of sales specifics in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecom, fintech, energy, and large e-commerce.

• Conduct product demonstrations and Proof of Concept (PoC) projects for enterprise clients.
• Support the sales team during technical meetings, discovery, and pilot phases.
• Translate technical advantages of the platform (AutoML, MLOps, Feature Store, stream processing) into business value and ROI for clients.
• Participate in large transactions (deals ranging from 500,000 to 1,500,000 PLN) in collaboration with the sales team.
• Create technical sales content such as case studies, webinar materials, and client presentations.
• Contribute to the global sales project for 2026 by preparing marketplace offers and supporting sales through this channel.
• Collaborate on designing and optimizing the sales process, forecasting, and pipeline management, with a development path towards a leadership role.
