Erste Leasing is located in Poznań and offers a hybrid work model. The company provides services related to system analysis and development within a Scrum environment.

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a system analyst or similar role
• Knowledge of system integration concepts (SOAP, REST) and message brokers (e.g., Rabbit MQ)
• Familiarity with SQL, XML, JSON, and relational databases
• Ability to read and create system documentation and analyze complex process dependencies
• Ability to collaborate with team members and work independently

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Postman or SoapUI tools
• Understanding of IT system architecture including microservices
• Familiarity with UML and BPMN standards
• Experience with event storming workshops
• Knowledge of the financial industry
• Experience with Jira, Git, Kibana, Grafana tools

• Translate business needs into technical analysis and assess feasibility for the development team
• Analyze technical documentation, system logs, and process diagrams considering system architecture
• Create and update system contracts in OpenAPI format
• Identify process improvements and support system solution optimization
• Ensure high performance, scalability, stability, and security of developed systems
• Collaborate with development team, product owner, and project team members in Scrum environment
