Delivery Manager

iMakeable is a consulting and implementation company specializing in AI, process automation, and digital transformation. They help companies identify processes to improve, design and implement AI solutions, and provide training on AI and automation. The company delivers four main types of projects: business process optimization workshops, automation of repetitive operational processes, AI agent and dedicated AI solution implementations, and AI and automation training for teams and managers.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in PM/Delivery.
• Experience in software houses, technology agencies, consulting, or companies delivering projects for external clients.
• Experience managing multiple projects in parallel.
• Practical knowledge of Fixed Price, Time & Material, and retainer models.
• Ability to control scope, budget, schedule, profitability, and team utilization.
• Experience in requirements gathering, discovery, or business process mapping.
• Ability to conduct workshops and client meetings.
• Good understanding of software development processes and collaboration with technical teams.
• Ability to set boundaries with clients, negotiate priorities, and communicate risks.
• Independence, proactivity, and clear status reporting.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
• Fluent Polish language skills.
• Residence in Wrocław or nearby allowing regular on-site meetings.
• Willingness to work full-time under B2B contract.

• Manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, from discovery and scope definition to implementation and maintenance.
• Plan work, priorities, and team availability.
• Control project scope, deadlines, budget, profitability, quality, and project risks.
• Conduct meetings with clients, status updates, kickoffs, and workshops regarding requirements.
• Translate business needs into project scope, backlog, tasks, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate work of developers, QA, designers, analysts, and tech leads.
• Assign task owners and deadlines and enforce agreed decisions.
• Manage scope changes, additional work, and client expectations.
• Organize work processes in Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
• Build standards for handoffs, documentation, communication, statuses, releases, and retrospectives.
• Prepare short reports on progress, budget, risks, and decisions required by management.
• Support estimation, offer preparation, SoW creation, and planning of new projects.
• Automate repetitive project management and documentation tasks.

Candidates must reside in Wrocław or nearby to enable regular on-site meetings. The position requires full-time cooperation under a B2B contract. English proficiency at minimum B2 and fluent Polish are required.
