Technical Implementation Specialist

• Minimum 1 year experience working with clients and on helpdesk
• Experience in configuring IT systems
• English communication skills at B2/C1 level and fluent Polish
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, including container configuration and Data Layer structure
• Experience with e-commerce analytics, including SPA applications
• Understanding of Google Analytics 4 structure and events
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset (Excel skills are a plus)
• Flexibility to work in the USA time zone 2-3 times a week during afternoon hours (13:00-21:00)

• Support clients in implementation projects alongside Project Managers
• Resolve technical problems and handle support platform tickets
• Create creative product configurations based on attributes and parameters in the internal Printbox system
• Configure e-commerce platforms such as Shopware, PrestaShop, and Shopify according to client requirements
• Implement and configure analytical tools including Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4
• Test solutions and introduce own ideas and improvements
• Influence the product used daily by thousands of users

Administrator przetwarza dane obowiązkowe na podstawie ciążącego na nim obowiązku prawnego, zaś w zakresie danych dodatkowych podstawą przetwarzania jest zgoda. Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
