Product Owner (Branża Ubezpieczeniowa) He/She

• Experience as a Product Owner with at least three commercial products delivered, including one in the insurance industry
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum, including backlog management and creating high-quality User Stories
• Ability to connect business needs with technology, understanding system architecture, APIs, and integrations
• Experience making product decisions based on business value and analyzing product metrics such as KPI, OKR, NPS, TTM, ROI
• Agile/Scrum certification (e.g., PSPO II or equivalent)
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Warsaw (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Nice to have:

• Collaboration with UX and understanding of design processes
• Basic knowledge of SQL and logs
• Facilitation skills for workshops (story mapping, event storming)
• Knowledge of GA4 or similar tools
• Experience inspiring teams to use A/B testing, experiments, and conversion optimization
• Advanced Agile/Scaling certifications (PSM II, SAFe, LeSS)
• Use of AI for managing needs, backlog, and product

• Defining product vision, building roadmaps, and developing solutions aligned with business goals and user needs
• Managing backlog prioritization, making product decisions, preparing requirements, and collaborating with Scrum teams
• Managing stakeholders, conducting discovery, building alignment between business and technical teams, and managing change
• Defining and analyzing product metrics, monitoring progress, and continuously improving the product based on data and user feedback
• Coordinating end-to-end product deployments, managing risks, and making trade-off decisions regarding scope, time, cost, and quality

The candidate must be able to work in a hybrid model in Warsaw (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
