Wymagania

  • Experience as a Product Owner creating product vision and roadmap, managing backlog and prioritization, and delivering at least three commercial products including one in insurance
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum, ability to write high-quality User Stories, and collaborate effectively with development teams
  • Understanding of system architecture, APIs, integrations, and conducting product discovery
  • Ability to make decisions based on business value, define and analyze product metrics (KPI, OKR, NPS, TTM, ROI), manage trade-offs, and resolve conflicts between business and IT
  • Experience in the insurance industry, Agile/Scrum certification (e.g., PSPO II or equivalent), English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model in Warsaw (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Nice to have:

  • Collaboration with UX and understanding of design processes
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and logs
  • Facilitation skills for workshops (story mapping, event storming)
  • Knowledge of GA4 or similar tools
  • Encouraging team use of A/B testing, experiments, and conversion optimization
  • Advanced Agile/Scaling certifications (PSM II, SAFe, LeSS)
  • Use of AI for managing needs, backlog, and product

  • Defining product vision, building roadmaps, and developing solutions aligned with business goals and user needs
  • Managing backlog and development process, prioritizing tasks, making product decisions, and collaborating with Scrum teams
  • Managing stakeholders, conducting discovery, building alignment between business and technology teams, and managing change
  • Defining and analyzing product metrics, monitoring progress, and continuously improving the product based on data and user feedback
  • Coordinating end-to-end product deployments, managing risks, and making trade-off decisions regarding scope, time, cost, and quality
