Kierownik Projektu

Poszukujemy doświadczonego Starszego Kierownika Projektu do prowadzenia projektów IT w dużej organizacji z sektora przemysłowego. Rola obejmuje zarządzanie projektami wdrożeniowymi, w tym systemami klasy ERP oraz systemami wsparcia procesów operacyjnych.

• Wykształcenie wyższe o profilu technicznym lub ekonomicznym, albo wykształcenie ogólne uzupełnione o kierunkowe studia podyplomowe/szkolenia (zarządzanie projektami, zarządzanie IT, ekonomia)
• Co najmniej 7 lat doświadczenia w kierowaniu projektami IT
• Bardzo dobre zdolności komunikacyjne i analityczne
• Umiejętności interpersonalne, łatwość nawiązywania kontaktów i budowania relacji
• Samodzielność w diagnozowaniu i rozwiązywaniu problemów projektowych
• Sprawność w delegowaniu i rozliczaniu zadań projektowych
• Znajomość MS Office, MS Project, MS SharePoint
• Certyfikat z metodyk zarządzania projektami (min. Prince2 Practitioner lub równoważny)
• Odporność na stres i umiejętność działania w dynamicznym środowisku
• Znajomość specyfiki dużych organizacji o strukturze operacyjnej/przemysłowej będzie dodatkowym atutem

Nice to have:

• Doświadczenie w projektach wdrożeń systemów handlu hurtowego
• Doświadczenie w projektach wdrożeń ERP, w tym SAP

• Zarządzanie projektami wdrożeniowymi systemów klasy ERP oraz systemów wsparcia procesów operacyjnych
• Diagnozowanie i rozwiązywanie problemów projektowych
• Delegowanie i rozliczanie zadań projektowych
