Business Systems Developer / Specjalisttka/a ds. Systemów Kredytowych

Aplitt is an IT service provider for business with about 400 employees, headquartered in Gdańsk. The company has over three decades of experience supporting businesses in digital transformation, creating and maintaining comprehensive IT systems, and delivering solutions to increase efficiency and automation for medium and large enterprises, including IT infrastructure monitoring, digital transformation, programming, information security, call center, and IT service.

• 3–5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: business-system analyst, business systems developer, IT/product analyst, system/workflow/BPM configurator, specialist in financial/credit systems
• Very good knowledge of SQL (data analysis, logic verification, problem diagnostics)
• Practical experience with process/workflow/BPM systems
• Knowledge of Angular or another modern frontend framework sufficient for independent UI/plugin modifications
• Ability to work with business logic, rules, and system parameterization, including implementing system changes (configuration, functional modifications)
• Ability to test functional and process changes end-to-end
• Experience creating functional and user documentation for implemented changes

Nice to have:

• Experience with financial/credit/decision systems
• Knowledge of scoring or pricing concepts (e.g., PD, COR models)
• Experience working with dynamically generated documents (PDF)
• Knowledge of UX principles and process form design
• Experience with UAT testing and production deployment support
• Basic knowledge of system integration (API, core systems)

• Configuration of processes and workflows (decision paths, statuses, rules)
• Parameterization of products and offers (interest rates, commissions, insurance)
• Development of dynamic documents (PDF generators)
• Analysis of credit data and logic (PD/COR)
• Creating SQL queries and data diagnostics
• Development of UI/plugins in Angular (forms, process views)
• Testing functional and process changes
• Verifying data and system logic correctness after changes
• Creating documentation of changes and descriptions of implemented functionalities
• Preparing user instructions (e.g., for customer service, analysts, decision makers) and contributing to system instructions/release notes
• Collaborating on change acceptance and production deployments (UAT/production)
