AI Coach - Tester

• 5–8 years of experience as an Automation Tester.
• Strong knowledge of Selenium, Jenkins, Postman, GitHub or Bitbucket, Kibana, JMeter, SQL.
• Practical experience with AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Ollama.
• Good understanding of software development processes and realities in large financial organizations.
• Understanding of developers' and testers' work and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Practical experience in coding and test automation.
• Experience conducting IT trainings, workshops, or educational activities.
• Highly developed communication and mentoring skills.
• Ability to convey knowledge clearly and simply.
• Knowledge of modern AI ecosystem, LLM models, and AI-based automation.
• Ability to create effective AI prompts and processes.
• Process-oriented approach and ability to identify AI's business value areas.
• Openness to continuous learning and testing new tools and methods.
• Willingness to provide services from Poland.

Nice to have:

• Experience leading AI adoption programs in organizations.
• Knowledge of governance, compliance, and security related to AI implementation.
• Experience defining and reporting technology adoption metrics.
• Certifications related to AI, testing, or modern software development methodologies.

• Conduct trainings, workshops, and consultations for testers and development teams.
• Support users in effective use of AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT.
• Assist in building effective prompts and workflows for daily work.
• Advise on selecting appropriate AI models for specific tasks.
• Create and develop internal knowledge base and best AI usage practices.
• Monitor AI trends and share knowledge with teams.
• Analyze and compare AI solutions regarding quality, cost, risks, and compliance.
• Define and monitor KPIs, OKRs, and ROI related to AI usage.
• Support AI implementation in software development lifecycle including needs analysis, tool configuration, standards, and governance.
• Identify areas where AI can improve team productivity and quality.
• Coordinate initiatives for AI adoption and scaling within the organization.
• Consult on technical challenges and actively support problem-solving.
• Promote organizational change for effective AI use in daily IT work.
