Senior IT Automation Tester

• 5+ years hands-on test experience
• Knowledge of file formats (XML, CSV, JSON)
• Proficient in Python and Robot Framework
• Basic knowledge of CI tools (Jenkins, Bamboo) and Git flow
• Experience with databases (MSSQL) and SQL queries
• Familiarity with Atlassian software (JIRA, Confluence)
• Understanding of Agile software development
• ISTQB foundation certification good to have
• Experience with Java-based testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber)
• Knowledge of HTTP protocols

• Plan, coordinate, control, and ensure execution of test-related activities following company standards
• Evaluate results and maintain test documentation
• Support decision-making processes for test activities
• Document test results and assist with defect management
• Implement manual and automated test cases with framework improvements
• Create and execute test cases according to project deadlines using tools like Qtest
• Provide testing support to resolve production issues
• Utilize best practices with test tools
• Write test cases for automated tests (e.g., Gherkin)
• Collaborate with stakeholders and capability leads to provide test support
• Analyze requirements and create test data, environments, and service virtualization to increase test efficiency
