AWS Python Developer (Hybrid – 2 Days per Week)

People More is a technology company with a large client base in Poland and abroad. They develop projects from scratch or support existing client solutions in UX, UI, frontend, backend, and mobile, working with clients worldwide.

• Strong commercial experience with Python development.
• Hands-on experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Experience with CI/CD tools, including Jenkins, Git, and Ansible.
• Good understanding of DevOps principles and Agile methodologies.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale infrastructure solutions.
• Good knowledge of Linux and/or Windows operating systems.
• Strong understanding of cloud security best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and support business-critical environments.
• Very good English and Polish language skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with non-functional testing.
• Understanding of risk management and compliance processes.
• Experience working in highly regulated enterprise environments.

• Collaborate with application teams to deploy applications to AWS.
• Develop automation solutions using Python.
• Create and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform where required.
• Build, improve, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Design, implement, and enhance cloud security controls.
• Develop and improve compliance dashboards and monitoring solutions.
• Support infrastructure, troubleshoot production issues, and participate in incident investigations.
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable cloud solutions.
• Participate in a rotational on-call schedule, providing out-of-hours support as part of a 24/7 production support model.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and take ownership of the services you build and support.
