Wymagania
- Proven experience in SAP projects as Solution Architect, Lead Consultant, or similar senior role
- Strong business understanding and client engagement skills
- Solid knowledge of the SAP ecosystem, including S/4HANA and integration concepts
- Understanding of AI capabilities in SAP landscape and willingness to deepen expertise
- Ability to create solution offerings, presentations, and value propositions with a sales-oriented mindset
- Experience with SAP AI-driven tools such as SAP Joule
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Creativity, proactivity, and focus on innovation
- Excellent command of English, knowledge of German is a plus
Obowiązki
- Develop and maintain SAP solutions portfolio enhanced with AI capabilities
- Create and manage solution offerings and promote them to clients, covering Capgemini solutions and SAP products
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to define solution architecture and integration strategies
- Support transformation projects based on S/4HANA and modern cloud platforms
- Monitor SAP and AI market trends and propose innovative, value-driven solutions for clients
