System Administrator

Dietly is the largest dietary catering marketplace in Poland, part of the Żabka Group, operating at the intersection of technology, logistics, and healthy lifestyle. The company develops a "SaaS-enabled Marketplace" model where over 300 food production partners use their SaaS system (MasterLife) to manage production, sales, and customer service. Dietly also offers ready-made e-commerce stores for caterers and integrated D2C logistics, enabling meal delivery within 24 hours of preparation. Daily, over 100,000 deliveries are executed, supported by a team of over 140 specialists maintaining the entire ecosystem.

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing IT infrastructure (preferably full cloud) or technical support
• Knowledge of user management systems (Google Workspace/M365)
• Good technical knowledge of Windows and MacOS systems
• Understanding of IT security principles
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell, Python)
• Basic knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software failures, analytical thinking
• Knowledge of LAN configuration and WLAN planning
• Communicative English (minimum B2 level)
• Good communication skills, openness, and teamwork orientation

• Experience working in industrial environments
• Experience with mobile terminals (data collectors), label and document printers

• Provide technical support for remote and onsite users
• Monitor IT systems operation and security
• Create, improve, and automate IT-related processes organization-wide
• Actively participate in incident, problem, and failure management
• Prepare equipment for new employees and configure systems
• Conduct onboarding, issue equipment, and perform in-person training for new staff
• Manage user accounts and access rights for employees and collaborators
• Place orders and oversee acquisition of equipment and licenses
• Participate in IT projects, such as system and vendor migrations
• Conduct inventory of hardware and software
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Operate CCTV and access control systems
• Maintain network equipment and ensure organization
• Administer wireless networks in hall environments
