Software Developer (C# / .NET / Hybrid)

People More works on diverse projects for a large client base domestically and internationally, building solutions from scratch or partially, including UX, UI, frontend, backend, and mobile development. They collaborate directly with clients and partners worldwide, enabling a wide range of projects and opportunities to change.

• Proficient in C#, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems
• Familiarity with .NET, including .NET 6 onwards
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• Familiarity with MVC and Web API
• Frontend development experience including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, or similar)
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools including Git
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
• Experience writing reusable C# libraries
• Familiar with various design and software architectural patterns
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind scalable applications
• Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
• Familiarity with continuous integration
• Very good English and Polish language skills

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
• Maintain excellent code quality
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solution-based responses to problems
• Support the ongoing development and productionisation of .NET solutions
