• Higher education in a technical field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a business-systems/IT analyst (preferably in finance or payment solutions providers)
• Experience working with payment or other high-availability transactional systems
• Ability to perform end-to-end analysis: from business requirements through solution design to deployment support and stabilization
• Ability to write complex SQL queries for data and transaction analysis
• Knowledge of integration technologies SOAP, REST, KAFKA, OpenAPI
• Proficiency with tools Swagger, Postman, Kibana, Grafana, JIRA, Confluence
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Communicative English language skills

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of UML and Enterprise Architect (process and system modeling)
• Experience in payments domain in banking or payment solution providers (acquiring, issuing, PSP)
• Practical knowledge of payment cards (debit, credit, prepaid), mobile payments (wallets), e-Commerce (3DSecure), or BLIK
• Experience in analysis and design of integrations with payment organizations (Visa, Mastercard, PSP)
• Knowledge of system architecture, networking issues, and applied cryptography in payments (e.g., HSM, encryption, digital signatures)

• Analyze business and technical aspects of payment systems development and maintenance (payment cards, mobile payments, BLIK)
• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for new functionalities and changes in existing systems
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for system changes (APIs, integrations, business rules, configurations) for both internal development and external suppliers
• Collaborate with business units (including Electronic Channels, Products, Risk, Security, Operations) to analyze and agree on solutions
• Cooperate with other IT units (developers, analysts, architects, testers, network and security teams) and external software suppliers during projects
• Work with payment networks (Visa, Mastercard, PSP) and other external partners
• Prepare and execute test scenarios, supporting business users in acceptance testing
• Analyze and resolve problems reported by external and internal clients as third line support
