Portfolio Strategy Manager

Polpharma S.A. is a pharmaceutical company operating internationally, focused on health care. The role involves managing portfolio systems and new product opportunity evaluations aligned with Polpharma Group strategy.

• Higher education, preferably in life sciences, pharmaceutical science, business management, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in portfolio management, project management, or related areas.
• Understanding of R&D development and in-licensing value chain.
• Knowledge of the European pharmaceutical generics market; knowledge of markets outside Europe is an advantage.
• Experience with commercial and development business processes, market analytics, forecasting, and business case development.
• Familiarity with project and pipeline tools and systems, including pipeline data analytics.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Manage new global product opportunities, including interest confirmation, forecasting, and business case consolidation to support strategic portfolio decisions.
• Lead ideation and screening for the Rx portfolio to generate project opportunities for global evaluation.
• Maintain and improve global portfolio management processes and implement changes in portfolio systems, coordinating with stakeholders.
• Manage alignment with local portfolio teams and other stakeholders for streamlined evaluations and compliance with governance.
• Analyze and report on Polpharma Group portfolio data, ensuring uniformity, robustness, and validity in portfolio management systems.
• Prepare and manage Monthly Portfolio meetings and support Quarterly Portfolio review meetings.
