Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Practice Lead (m/f)

• Minimum 5 years' experience in ERP including Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Experience in full implementation cycles of Business Central
• Strong knowledge of business processes especially finance
• Experience leading client workshops and business requirements analysis
• Ability to design functional solutions translating business needs into system configuration
• Held roles such as Lead Consultant, Solution Architect, Competence Lead, Practice Lead, or similar
• Experience in presales activities including offer preparation, estimations, and solution presentations
• Very good communication and consulting skills
• Self-reliance, entrepreneurial approach, and readiness to build new business areas
• English language proficiency at minimum B2/C1 level

• Build and develop the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central practice within the company
• Co-create go-to-market strategy, service offerings, and delivery standards
• Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects
• Analyze client needs, conduct workshops, and design system solutions
• Configure and parameterize Business Central and supervise implementation quality
• Support key implementation phases: data migration, testing, training, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization
• Participate in presales activities including discovery, demos, estimations, preparing offers, and sales support
• Mentor and develop competencies of Business Central consultants
• Assist in budgeting, profitability planning, and practice development

The offer allows candidates from Poznan, Warsaw, Katowice, or Szczecin preferring office work to work on-site or hybrid. Fully remote work is also possible based on trust and efficiency.
