Specjalista/ka ds. systemów eAdministracji i wsparcia technicznego EZD

NASK is implementing a modern system for electronic document management (EZD RP) in public administration. The project includes a nationwide network of support teams providing substantive and technical assistance to public institutions using EZD RP. The role involves participation in key national projects aimed at digitizing back-office processes in public administration, with a focus on supporting EZD RP partners.

• Minimum two years of technical experience in installing, servicing, and maintaining server services and hardware
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, and experience with cloud services
• Knowledge of MS SQL, PostgreSQL, and monitoring tools such as Grafana
• Experience with Windows and Linux server systems
• Clear diction
• Familiarity with training techniques and customer service
• Willingness to undertake business trips (domestic travel)
• Creativity, patience, and empathy
• Valid category B driving license

Nice to have:

• Higher education
• Knowledge of electronic document management regulations, filing instructions, standardized record listings, and archive organization
• Technical and substantive knowledge of document management systems/applications of EZD class
• Experience in public administration
• Experience as an administrator of services provided in public administration
• Experience with public speaking

• Participate in identifying functional and non-functional requirements, automation and process optimization potential
• Document business processes and requirements, assist in creating functional specifications
• Contribute to conceptualizing IT systems based on functional specifications
• Create test scenarios and participate in software testing, including analysis and reporting of issues
• Participate in IT system implementations
• Provide technical support services to IT system users
• Produce project and user documentation
• Conduct training sessions on IT system usage
