Wymagania
- 1-2 years of professional experience in a similar position
- Secondary technical education as an IT technician or higher education in IT
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, office packages, and computer networks
- Communication skills, engagement, and willingness to learn new things
- Motivation to develop in the IT field
- Ability to independently solve problems and work under time pressure
- Self-management and teamwork skills
- English communication skills at least at B1+ level, written and spoken
Obowiązki
- Maintain uninterrupted user operation through technical support
- Ensure continuity of IT system operations in IT support during failures
- Manage user accounts in IT systems
- Assist users by providing information about systems, installations, and configurations
- Maintain continuous operation of computer hardware
