• Secondary technical education as an IT technician or higher education in IT
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, office packages, and computer networks
• Communication skills, engagement, and willingness to learn new things
• Motivation to develop in the IT field
• Ability to independently solve problems and work under time pressure
• Self-management and teamwork skills
• English communication skills at least at B1+ level, written and spoken

• Maintain uninterrupted user operation through technical support
• Ensure continuity of IT system operations in IT support during failures
• Manage user accounts in IT systems
• Assist users by providing information about systems, installations, and configurations
• Maintain continuous operation of computer hardware
