Senior Solution Architect Integration Architecture

Square One Resources is recruiting for an international enterprise project focused on end-to-end integration architecture across a complex multi-platform ecosystem.

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect leading complex enterprise integration projects.
• Strong expertise in enterprise integration architecture across multiple interconnected systems.
• Hands-on experience designing REST APIs, event-driven architectures, pub/sub solutions, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, schema design, data mapping, and synchronization across distributed systems.
• Experience creating architectural documentation, including Solution Design Documents (SDDs), architecture diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Solid understanding of non-functional architecture principles such as scalability, resilience, security, fault tolerance, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset and confidence to challenge assumptions while driving pragmatic architectural decisions.

Nice to have:

• Experience with CRM, Salesforce, Adobe, and marketing automation platforms.
• Knowledge of CIAM, SSO, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
• Experience in regulated industries such as Healthcare or Pharmaceuticals.
• Familiarity with GDPR, data privacy, and compliance requirements.

• Design and lead end-to-end integration architecture for enterprise-scale systems.
• Define integration patterns, including REST API, event-driven architecture, synchronous/asynchronous integrations, pub/sub, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Design and govern API contracts, data models, payload structures, and integration standards across multiple systems.
• Create and maintain architectural documentation, including solution design documents, system landscape diagrams, data flow diagrams, and sequence diagrams.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and business teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements such as scalability, resiliency, security, error handling, retry mechanisms, idempotency, and rate limiting.
• Review and validate technical solutions delivered by external vendors to ensure alignment with the target architecture.
• Present and defend architectural decisions and technical trade-offs to global architecture boards and senior stakeholders.
