UX/UI Designer/Tester

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and basic usability heuristics
• Experience or practical knowledge working with a Design System
• Ability to analyze and assess the quality of digital interfaces
• High attention to detail and visual consistency
• Ability to constructively provide feedback and recommendations
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team

• Verifying projects (mockups, prototypes) for compliance with the Design System (components, styles, interactions)
• Checking UX/UI consistency within the product and across channels
• Evaluating project quality regarding usability, readability, and adherence to UX best practices
• Identifying errors, inconsistencies, and potential user experience issues
• Preparing recommendations and proposals for project improvements
• Collaborating with UX/UI designers to refine solutions
• Participating in project reviews (Design Review) and supporting maintenance of high quality standards
• Working in a hybrid model with 4 days per month in the Warsaw office
