Power BI Developer

Diverse CG Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. is a recruitment company supporting various partners through experienced professionals and partnership management style. The company is engaged in multiple recruitment projects and is currently expanding.

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Expert skills in Microsoft Excel (data cleanup, table relationships, data connection)
• Expert knowledge of MS SQL and DAX
• Experience with ETL processes and data modeling
• Experience in data handling and data visualization
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset
• Experience working in Agile methodology
• Excellent English (written and spoken)
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently in information gathering and reporting design
• High level of organization, responsiveness, and professionalism

Nice to have:

• Experience in risk, compliance, or audit domains

• Design information gathering and reporting processes
• Develop and optimize data models for structured and unstructured data
• Build data visualizations and reporting solutions using Power BI
• Work with ETL processes for data integration and transformation
• Collaborate with teams within risk management (three lines of defence)
• Support development and improvement of IRMA (risk management tool)
• Analyze data and deliver solution-oriented insights
• Ensure high quality in testing and delivered solutions
• Contribute to agile delivery process
