Senior Java Developer (with Angular)

XTB is a global company from the financial industry, focusing on online trading of financial instruments. It is the largest FinTech in Poland and a leader in Central and Eastern Europe, with operations that cover several countries including Asia and South America. The role is within the Customer Care team, which supports post-onboarding processes and develops AI-based internal solutions, AML and anti-fraud systems, and a central client database.

• Strong experience in building Java-based microservices
• Commercial experience with the Angular framework
• Solid knowledge of RxJS, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS
• Ability to deliver according to requirements and deadlines
• Ownership and proactivity in task management
• Commitment to clean, testable code and best practices
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in a mature team environment

• Design, implement, and evolve Java-based microservices
• Develop user interfaces using Angular, RxJS, and TypeScript
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Take ownership of assigned tasks, identify risks, and propose solutions
• Maintain high code quality with clean and testable code
