• Experience designing and developing backend applications in Java.
• Familiarity with microservice architecture and building highly available and performant systems.
• Practical experience with Spring Boot and modern Spring ecosystem.
• Proficient knowledge of PostgreSQL and data search tools like Elasticsearch.
• Practical experience with Apache Kafka and streaming data processing solutions.
• Experience deploying and maintaining applications with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of application security, authentication, and encrypted communication.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
• Ability to create unit tests and follow good coding practices.
• Effective collaboration with analysts, architects, and technical teams.
• Willingness to mentor and share knowledge with less experienced developers.

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud platforms, especially Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Knowledge of caching solutions like Hazelcast or Ehcache.
• Usage of AI tools supporting development, e.g., GitHub Copilot or MCP.
• Experience in projects for the financial or banking sector.
