System Analyst

Scalo is involved in IT projects with international scope, including the banking and financial sector. The company supports personal brand building, technical and presales competence development, and internal mobility.

• Experience in system analysis and IT project collaboration.
• Proficiency in UML and BPMN for process and system modeling.
• Experience creating use cases, sequence diagrams, and analytical documentation.
• Understanding of IT system architecture and integrations using REST API, Kafka, IBM MQ, and databases.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical ones.
• Strong skills with MS Office suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word.
• Analytical thinking, communication skills, and teamwork ability.
• English language proficiency enabling work in project environments.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Sparx Enterprise Architect, PlantUML, or draw.io.
• Practical knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with AI tools supporting analysis, process modeling, or documentation.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in projects for the banking or financial sector.

• Collecting, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements.
• Modeling processes and systems using UML and BPMN notation.
• Creating use cases, sequence diagrams, and analytical documentation.
• Understanding IT system architecture and integration with REST API, Kafka, MQ, and databases.
