Java Developer (+ Angular)

As we continue to grow, we are expanding our Business Unit and strengthening our team to support both current and future projects. We are currently working on a project focused on developing applications that support insurance claims adjusters and streamline the claims handling process.

• Have at least 2 years of commercial software development experience, including experience with microservices architecture.
• Design and develop applications using Java.
• Have hands-on experience with the Angular framework.
• Work daily with the Spring ecosystem (Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, etc.).
• Be familiar with relational databases (SQL, PL/SQL).
• Be interested in working with technologies such as Docker, Ansible, Apache Camel, Elasticsearch, Kafka, and IBM MQ.
• Have experience working in Agile development environments.
• Enjoy learning new technologies and sharing knowledge with others.
• Be a team player.
• Have strong communication skills.
• Be goal-oriented, proactive, and persistent in solving problems.

Additionally, we value:

• Experience in the insurance industry.
• Experience using AI technologies to support software development.
• Familiarity with container orchestration platforms (e.g. Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of software development best practices and principles (SOLID, DRY, Clean Code).

• Collaborate with the client throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in software development activities, including solution design, implementation of the user interface, and business application logic.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and software quality through code reviews and team collaboration.
• Develop and enhance products created by our company.
• Work closely with other team members in an agile environment.
