You will join the Enterprise Architecture (EA) division at our Client, a leading post-trade financial market infrastructure. The EA division is a multi-disciplinary group of architects responsible for defining enterprise architecture directions, IT investment planning, and steering solutions to support business objectives.

Wymagania

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a relevant data architecture role, preferably in financial or corporate enterprise
  • Experience architecting enterprise data platforms, preferably using cloud technologies like Azure Synapse and Data Fabric
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
  • Result-oriented and collaborative
  • Ability to balance long-term and short-term views
  • Self-motivated and proactive working approach
  • Effective leadership and communication skills, adaptable to audience and seniority
  • Fluent in English
  • Active listener and contributor to governance bodies
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of business and technology operating models, strategic planning, cost-benefit analysis, security and risk management, data management, systems development methodologies, agile principles, and IT service delivery
  • Experience in Financial Services industry and understanding of regulatory complexity is a plus
  • Certification in Enterprise Architecture framework (e.g., TOGAF) and familiarity with Enterprise Architecture tools is advantageous

Obowiązki

  • Assemble and analyse strategic Business and IT objectives and understand industry and market trends impacting enterprise strategy
  • Lead analysis of current and future-state capabilities and IT environment, detect gaps and opportunities, assess new technologies, recommend improvements
  • Facilitate Business and IT alignment and support translation into executable change roadmap
  • Deliver and maintain target and transition architectures and standards with governance
  • Provide visibility on capability implementation progress and alignment with targets
  • Manage Technology Debt evolution and plan mitigation actions
  • Develop standards, reference architecture patterns, principles, and guardrails through EA governance
  • Collaborate with delivery and infrastructure teams for consistency with enterprise architecture
  • Provide consultative advice to business leaders and stakeholders on strategy, delivery, and M&A
  • Collaborate with other architects to support delivery of transversal architectural topics
  • Supply continuous improvement of architectural practice and service delivery

Inne informacje

Only contract of employment is possible (B2B contract not accepted). Workplace is hybrid: 3 days home office, 2 days office in Cracow. Fluency in English is required.
