The company operates a 100% cloud-based platform on GCP processing over 400 billion ad requests daily and producing more than 1PB of data per day. The team has expertise in designing and operating high-scale ad marketplaces.
Wymagania
- 8+ years experience with Java, Scala or Python development.
- 3+ years experience in Big Data systems development.
- Experience building complex data pipelines including SQL-based transformations with tools like dbt or Dataform and distributed processing frameworks such as Apache Spark.
- Expertise with BigQuery or other data warehouses including performance tuning and monitoring.
- Knowledge of data orchestration tools like Airflow with operational troubleshooting skills.
- Cloud experience with Google Cloud Platform or AWS, k8s, and Docker.
- Understanding of CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with database system design, RDBMS and/or NoSQL.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, physics, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Communicative in Polish and English.
Nice to have:
- Comfortable using appropriate tools and languages including new ones.
- Ability to develop scalable, modular applications.
- Experience in SCRUM / Agile environments.
- Experience in digital media, marketing technology, or advertising technology.
- Good communication skills and sense of humor.
- Team player and self-starter positively identifying improvement areas.

- Design large-scale data processing systems.
- Work with Product to drive requirements and own projects end-to-end.
- Analyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of applications.
- Think long-term and identify and remove unnecessary complexity.
