Project Manager (Junior / Mid / Senior)

The role is in the transportation and logistics industry and involves working on international IT projects for global clients with exposure to enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.

• 1+ years of experience in IT Project Management or Project Coordination.
• Experience managing or supporting IT projects.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional and international teams.
• Good understanding of project management methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, MS Project, Azure DevOps.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English (preferably C1).

Nice to have:

• Experience delivering migration, transformation, or infrastructure projects.
• Previous experience managing IT projects within the transport, logistics, or supply chain industry.
• Experience working with Jira or ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• German language skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile, or other project management certifications.

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver IT projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage one or multiple projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Monitor project scope, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Support change management and project governance processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and status updates.
• Track project progress and prepare regular reports.
• Ensure project objectives, milestones, and KPIs are achieved.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external suppliers, and business partners.
• Escalate issues when necessary and support conflict resolution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes.

Senior-Level Experience:

• Managing multiple IT projects simultaneously.
• Vendor and supplier management.
• Budget, scope, risk, and change management.
• Executive-level reporting and steering committee communication.
• Leading project governance activities.
• Managing complex stakeholder environments.
• Mentoring junior team members and coordinating project teams.
