Colliers International is a leading commercial real estate services company, providing a full range of services including brokerage sales and leasing, lease administration, real estate management, valuation, consulting, project management, project marketing, and research across core sectors such as office, industrial, retail, and hotel, as well as specialized property types.

• 2+ years of professional experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or related software engineering role.
• Mastery of Python and its core AI/ML libraries.
• Strong experience with SQL and vector databases for RAG implementations.
• Demonstrated ability to build, fine-tune, and deploy production-grade Generative AI systems and multi-step agentic workflows.
• Experience with modern agent frameworks such as Google's Agent Development Kit (ADK), LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
• Strong proficiency in the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem and experience deploying/managing AI solutions using Agent Platform.
• Experience designing evaluation frameworks for measuring accuracy, latency, and cost of Generative AI workflows.
• Capability to execute work from design through implementation with guidance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (C1), able to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Work with business stakeholders to identify and understand business problems and architect AI-powered systems to address them.
• Design, build, and maintain sophisticated AI systems, including autonomous agents, generative workflows, and fine-tuned Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Partner with software engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to integrate AI capabilities into new and existing applications.
• Research, evaluate, and implement state-of-the-art AI technologies, models, and platforms.
• Own and operate the end-to-end MLOps lifecycle on Google Cloud Platform including building data pipelines, automating model deployment, monitoring system performance, and ensuring scalability.
• Act as a subject matter expert, staying current with latest advancements in Generative AI and Agentic systems.
• Communicate complex AI architectures and performance metrics to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Create and maintain comprehensive engineering documentation including system architecture diagrams and operational runbooks.
