- Strong background in enterprise IT products including administration and operation of Windows and Linux server environments.
- Knowledge of computer networks, firewalls, load balancers, SQL databases, storage systems, automation, scripting, and monitoring solutions.
- Experience with OpenText products such as Content Server, Archive Center, and ECM solutions focusing on enterprise-scale archiving.
- Understanding of IT and legal compliance related to document and data archiving.
- Experience with document and data archiving solutions, primarily document archiving.
- Basic knowledge of SAP enterprise environments and archiving workload requirements.
- Excellent written and spoken English; German is optional and considered a strong advantage.
Obowiązki
- Lead a high-performing team of experts in developing, delivering, and managing Archiving Services globally.
- Own 8-10 archiving services based on software products from various leading vendors, managing their lifecycle.
- Provide people leadership, coaching, mentoring, and develop a target team of approximately 20 employees.
- Plan, build, deploy, operate, and retire IT products/services while orchestrating responsible stakeholders.
- Align IT product/service roadmaps with IT Portfolio Management.
- Prioritize customer requirements and projects across Bosch business units worldwide.
- Manage commercial aspects including budgeting, resource planning, and financial forecasting.
- Develop and improve the Archiving Services charging model.
- Maintain accurate IT product/service descriptions in the service catalog.
- Monitor, analyze, and communicate KPIs including service-level targets and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure achievement of business and service objectives through continuous improvement.
- Drive standardization of IT products/services within Bosch Digital in collaboration with other teams.
